How To Setup The Room

• The power button for the RodeCaster is located on the rear right of the device. If the LED screen is not active, please make sure that the power button is pressed in.

• The microphones should already be plugged into the Rodecaster. If they aren’t, please ask a member of staff.

• Headphones should be connected to the Rodecaster, not the mac for the duration of the recording.

• To hear the sound from the PC, please use the fader with a USB icon. [On the right of fader 4 & left of the mobile phone fader.]

• Should faders 1 or 2 be down:

  • Push up the fader for Channel 1 &/or 2 to the fifth line from the top. This is called ‘unity gain’’.

• Once you’ve created a new account follow the video below to begin recording.
